As decided earlier a few of the Swamijis lead by Shiroor Math Sri Lakshmivara Thirtha, Sri Adhichunanagiri Sri Bharathi Swamiji, Santosh Guruji and others watched the film ‘Katari Veera Sura Sundarangi’ edited version and suggested two more cuts. Only six cuts were affected by producer Munirathna and he agreed to do two more cuts.

Apparently Dalit Sangarsha Samithi has stayed the cuts in the city civil court as thought by producer Munirathna Naidu and said the censor approved only should be made available to the public. With this stay order brought producer Munirathna Naidu is once again in a fix. Whether to agree to Swamijis or to Court order is his piquant situation. As very rightly put it by Santosh Guruji for everyone ‘Nyalaya Prasada is ultimate’.

The Swamijis and Dharma Gurus addressed the media after watching the film. On behalf of all the Swamijis Santosh Guruji addressed the media and said this is an alarming bell for all those who look at Hindu gods and Goddesses in a wrong note.

We have objected to only wrong implications that the film would create that is against to Dharma. The 3D effect film is very good and any story can come in that technology. Not only in cinema in speeches, songs, bhajans etc there should not be any defaming to Hindu gods stated Santosh Guruji. Dharmakke at any cost Chyuthi Barabardhu. On the appeal made by Sri Pejawar Math Swamiji, Sri Balagangadharanatha Swamiji and Sri Siddaganga Swamiji we have seen the film till Upendra and Ramya come to the earth. Till that time we found two more cuts not made and Munirathna Naidu has agreed to it stated Santosh Guruji. The swamijis also agreed that Court is above the Swamijis. We have represented only four thousand Swamijis.

Sri Bharathi Swamiji of Adhichunchanagiri Mut appreciated the Swarga Loka and Naraka Loka shown. No one has seen. He has brought a fear among the wrong doers. He has brought in responsibility. Our objection is to some portions he pointed.

Distributor of the film Rockline Venkatesh urged for two more days time to look in to this deletion portion because firstly the Regional Censor Board approval is required. Secondly we have to look into what the court order has pointed mentioned Rockline Venkatesh.
